Rhodes, CPA, the managing shareholder, has been in public accounting for over 22 years.  His experience includes working at local and international CPA firms, servicing many clients in the construction, manufacturing, retail, distribution, real estate, information technology and service industries, with revenues ranging from $10,000 to $100,000,000. RWE provides services to small businesses so clients may concentrate their efforts on matters associated with running a successful business. Such services are comprised of payroll check processing, payroll, sales and income tax return planning and preparation, accounts receivable and payable maintenance, general ledger accounting, monthly and year-end financial statement compilations, reviews and audits.  Along with helping new start-up companies choose the correct legal entity status, RWE assists with the preparation of forecasts and projections.  RWE also finds solutions for troubled companies or assists them with winding down affairs.  RWE partners itself with clients toward furthering growth by assisting them with succession planning, establishing budgets and retirement plans, as well as implementing economic, operational and tax saving strategies.  RWE also provides litigation support and representation services to individuals and businesses during the course of a governmental examination.
